As a direct consequence, removes the constraints, capital costs and staff costs associated with operating, managing and upgrading an 'in-house' IT service besides reducing the risk exposure to 'key man' loss.
The inventory is owned by BCS which takes responsibility for procuring, operating and managing the entire hardware and software lifecycle, maintenance, licensing and associated issues.
Includes a full and ongoing refresh of all server, desktop, printer and network hardware as well as ongoing desktop management including Microsoft Office, e-mail hosting, internet browsing access, paperless report processing, document imaging and full security administration.
